About Us

The Galveston County Chapter was chartered in May of 1954, and we’re celebrating 59 years of providing educational programs and opportunities to enhance administrative skills.  “We’ve had a long and exciting journey with IAAP and even though the organization has gone through a few name changes (NSA to PSI to IAAP), our Chapter has kept the same name and vision of providing the most current trends, tools and knowledge to those interested in the administrative field.  Our membership is made up from administrative professionals who either live or work within Galveston County and surrounding areas and are employed by the numerous companies listed below which creates a vast networking base.
