Program – Marketing & Collateral – What you need to know!

Have you ever wanted to know what it takes to be a Marketing Guru or at least know when a project should be left to the Marketing Guru? Then this is the program for you.  Leeanne will present many of the aspects of Marketing and Collateral. In three hours, Ms. Rambin will walk us through a review of company branding and identity, the value of marketing, marketing strategies, creating a marketing budget, marketing materials and resources, and tips on determining if projects should be done in-house or left to the professionals. With Admins being asked to do more and more, this information is sure to be a valuable investment.

Lunch Session

Pam Stout was born and raised in Chester, Cheshire England and graduated from Crewe & Alsager Teacher’s Training College in Crewe, England.  Marrying a petro-chemical engineer has afforded her the opportunity to travel to and live in numerous foreign lands picking up a lot of tips on the do's and don'ts with various cultures. Since her retirement in June from Centerpoint Energy/ Texas Geneco, Pam has been enjoying her free time completing her "Bucket List" of travel itineraries, and has managed to squeeze in Russia, Singapore, Japan, Germany and Austria in the last six months.   Pam earned her CPS in 1985 and CAP in 2001 and has kept them current through the recertification process.  She has been a member of IAAP and the Galveston County Chapter since 1998, has served in leadership positions in both chapter and division level, and achieved Member of Excellence each year since 2008.

This program will cover international business etiquette in connection with corporate gift giving and will offer some of the "do's and don'ts of various cultures throughout the globe".  Pam also has a fun section on the misinterpretation of various sayings that can be "lost in translation" and funny situations that have occurred throughout history as a result of them.  A great program to enjoy during lunch!
