Congratulations to Janet Kidd, CAP-OM on receiving the
"Administrative Professional of the Year 2012" award.
The Chapter could have not chosen any member more deserving for this award. Janet joined the Galveston County Chapter in February2005 and became extremely active right from the start. She immediately started studying for her certifications and earned her CPS in 2006, earned her CAP in 2007, and her OM in November 2011. Janet has also earned the IAAP Member of Excellence for the last four consecutive years. For the past 7 years she has supported and promoted our chapter and IAAP by attending chapter meetings, workshops and seminars and has always participated in any funding activity the chapter has under-taken. Janet has served as Chapter Secretary, Arrangement Chair for the past two years, and is currently serving as President-Elect and somehow she has still found time to send out Thank you, Birthday, and IAAP Anniversary cards to the membership. Janet personifies professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, and is a true asset to IAAP, the T-L Division and especially our chapter.
